It is basically an open ended question used by HR people as a lead in to developing the next question based on what is spoken by you. They are looking for sometimes what is beyond the resume on information. Some ideas for it might include the following (just pick one or two or more if it flows together well):

* What lead made you decide to apply for the field?
* What are your interests?
* Why did you chose that career field?
* Did you review their website and company information?
* What attracted you into looking into employment with this particular company?
* Did you ever do something interesting with your life that might make you an interesting hire for the company?
* Where you involved in any interesting clubs or organizations in school (other than ethnic ones)?

Just remember, do not provide negative information in this segment because it could reflect badly early on. Never bad mouth a former employer.
