Don't guess about this based on what you think you look like or what others say about you. Check with your doctor. Find a chart that tells you what the ideal weight is for a person your age and height. Then, if you still find you are underweight, eat three healthy meals a day. Make sure your diet includes a balance of food types, and exercise. Muscle mass is heavy, and healthier than putting on on fat. As a teen you are still growing... so fad dieting is not an option.
