One day you will learn that love is a decision. It's easy to fall "in love" but you must make a decision to stay in love over the long haul. If you decide to stay in love, it can be wonderful.

Yes i believe it is possible to love someone forever,but it is very hard.if it were easy the divorce rate wouldn't be so high,the statistics are really sad and dont leave much hope for the rest of us,but i now know that love can last forever, and a day! but even the truest of love takes a lot of work and effort,i used to think that there was no way i could spend forever with one person,but now i dream about it, to love one person to share your life with your best friend theres no feeling like it in the world,and you know when you have found that person-when you miss them all the time,when you cant imagine life without them,and if you've ever broken up with them,and you wake up,but there not laying next to you and your heart sinks you roll over and you dont even know how your going to get through one day without them let alone the rest of your life,that is love,love that can stand the test of time!!!!!

Yes I think it is possible to love someone forever!
And even if you dont you somewhat "fall out of love" they will still be in your heart no matter what!

Yeah I think once we love someone we always love them, but there is a big difference between loving and being in love. I have been estranged from my ex wife for 5 years but I still love her, I am not however " In love " with her.

I agree with you. I do not believe that someone can love someone, then not love them anymore. If someone falls out of love, they were never in love to begin with, and I think that when you are in love, YOU KNOW IT, witout a doubt! Once you are in love, it is with you forever.
