Wisconsin state sales tax is 5% or $25. However 59 of the 71 counties have a .5% sales tax. The following link will identify those 59 counties. You need to scroll down a bit when the site opens.

If you know how to use a spreadsheet then you can make your own in just a few minutes from $1 to however high you want to go. I don't live in Wisconsin but check with county and cities if you need to to see if they have their own sales tax. In Colorado you have to get a sales license for each city that you sell in and pay the city directly. You can also go to your states department of revenue web site, they probably have one you can download.
