When Jesus rose from the dead something remarkable happened. He became a life giving spirit. So now He has the ability to live within His believers and be expressed through them. That's why Gal 2:20 says " it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me" If you are a christian you will experience this for yourself. This is God's desire that He can find people to become His expression on this earth.

The bible was written by dozens of unrelated, mostly uneducated people (okay, men) with no financial incentive, or promises of power or domination. It was written across many centuries, with hardly any of the authors ever knowing of each other, or talking with one another (except for some of the new testament).
And YET... the message is exactly the same throughout. Sure, the old testament and new testament have different forms of salvation, but the old testament prophesies (predicts) continually about the new, and the new testament refers continually to the old. There is only one way this sort of cooperation could work... the spirit of God.
Any religion that has been written by one man is a bit suspect. Any religion that encourages power and oppression is suspect. Any religion that has one man as its head today is suspicious (yes, Catholicism has its problems). Any religion that enforces hatred in its teachings is suspect.
True christianity does none of these things. Granted, many of the established 'churches' that espouse Christianity have greatly erred from scripture, so be careful in assuming that Christianity is represented by Catholics, Babtists, Lutherns, etc. True Christianity has nothing to do with a building with a man at the front... it has everything to do with beleiving that Jesus died for the sins of the world, and he is coming back one day to claim his people (all scriptural, nothing doctrinal).

When you become a Christian by being born again by the Holy Spirit of God you are saved not only from the penalty of your sins but also from their power to enslave you. Your whole life starts on a new upward path that leads to Heaven and you get supernatural provision and guidance along the way!

Let me explain by asking you a couple of questions…
Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? If you have said "Yes" to these three questions, by your own admission, you have broken three of the Ten Commandments and the Bible says all liars will have there part in the lake of fire. but heres the positive part, while God would be just in condemning us for our transgression of his Law, he has chosen to be merciful, Jesus christ stepped into the courtroom and suffered the penalty for our sins on our behalf. he died for us. he did this so we couild be ofrigven and granted eternal life if we will repent (turn from sin) and trust him as Lord and savior. Your own so-called “goodness” can’t get you into heaven any more than mine could. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. He is the "Door," the only "mediator." There is salvation in no other name.

The plan is good. It allow salvation for imperfect beings, such as my self. It leaves very few ' grey areas ' as to out conduct here on earth. Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. Kind of catchy, no? If the path is followed correctly, you will have lived a good life and find salvation waiting for you.

best wishes.

Christianity is the only way to go. God was the one that created us and we should live to serve him, he also seeks for a true friendship w/ you. Next, if you except Jesus in your heart for his sacrifice towards the human race you will be promissed (did I spell that right) eternal life in heaven. God bless!

That before he gave up his spirit on the cross, Jesus said it is finished. Meaning that he took the sins of the world so that all we have to do is accept his free gift of salvation and we would be cleansed of our sins by his precious blood.
