Nobody, of course, like all wars. If you're talking about an ICBM contest, no contest. After the cold war ended and American inspectors checked on disarmament of Soviet missles, 80-90% were so badly built and maintained that most wouldn't have even got off the ground, let alone hit a target. well, if you look at it this way.... we would probably be dead so.... who cares.... but middle east and australia would have alot more people living there.
