Strike up a conversation with her and while yous are talking and she sound introsted in you let it out. There is nothing wrong with being with a co worker.

The same way you might ask anyone else... you say "so-and-so would you like to join me for dinner/drink/coffee (whatever suits you) on Friday?"
...or better yet, why not ask the coworker out to lunch one day, and then you can get a better idea if there is interest there and if an evening date would be in order...if there doesn't appear to be interest, then you've only subjected yourself to about an hour of awkwardness instead of a possible evening of it...

Some lines are not 2 be crossed.. if it doesn't work then you still have to deal with them even on a love and a hate relationship.. Ask yourself is it worth a job and drama??

Personally I think that it is dangerous to date people at work, but if you really like them, then strike up a conversation with them a few times and then one day when it is around lunch time say "Wow, I'ts lunch time already and I'm famished. would you like to grab something to eat?" and go from there

I don't recommend it. If the relationship goes sour then you've still got to work with the person until one of you quits. Or worse the person becomes your BOSS!!!!
