I think it includes a guy's attitude, and how they dress. He can be sweet but if he dresses like a bum and can do better, than something is wrong.

Definitly the personality...and he has to be honest!
but looks are good too.
I usually like preppy or skater guys...but it really depends on the guy and the way he acts and if he will treat me right.
