It would be very unhealthy to lose that amount of weight in a short time. You can ruin your health.
Weight loss should be 2-3 lbs a week.
Losing weight should be a life style change not a temporary thing.

But some thing this occasion is - it isn't valued at weight loss program your self into ailment. Yes, at your peak and weight it isn't unreasonable to wish to lose a few weight. It IS unreasonable to anticipate to drop it in two months. What such a lot legit diets advocate is two-three lbs per week, which could pop out to an common of 12-18 lbs a month. The fine factor to do is sit down down, write out a nutrition routine and set a REASONABLE target - say like four - 6 months. DO NOT starve your self - all you can do is become fainting from starvation and most probably become on the medical professionals workplace. If you are relatively severe approximately wasting weight, be clever approximately it. Also considering you perform physical games you're getting undertaking, that's well. Get yourself dedicated to a workout routine and start watching what you eat. I agree with the fact that 1-3 pounds a week is about all that is healthy, but the first week it is normal to lose up to 10 pounds so keep that in mind when you start. Whatever you do, DO NOT stop eating. Your body will shut down your fat burners thinking that you will starve if you don't conserve that energy. Sometimes a habit change as simple as not drinking soda or eating deserts will cause a major change as well so examine your diet.
ps: cardio on an empty stomache burns muscle, not fat...source, my personal trainer

Wouldn't everyone love to lose weight without dieting? It just can't be done. In order to lose weight you must eat a healthy diet and exercise. Losing 30 lbs in 3 weeks is not healthy, you should only look to lose 2-3 lbs a week.

Well, it doesn't really matter how you lose it, since it will be right back on in no time....quick weight loss doesn't work, it just messes up your metabolism so you gain even more.
