and sometimes had a throbbing sensation?? It doesn't hurt a whole lot like i have to c the doc..im just wondering if it is bad and would it turn into something worse??
and i don't work out much either..

You gotta see the doc, or at least a qualified trainer. Most qualified trainers have seen lots of knees, and have felt truely screwed up knees. Even in the NFL, the trainers usually hand off the knee questions to the docs.

In the meanwhile --

Ice.

You'll get to know your knees very well if you do lots of athletic stuff.

Yes it is. I would reccomend seeing a dr. If you don't want to, then just deal with it and "walk it off".
