Are women still tied to the idea that any man worth considering for a long term relationship must be able to support them, even if they can support themselves? If yes, then why? If no, where you at, cuz I'm broke.

Yes coz since long time man dont wanna loose from a women. A man must be number 1 than a women. So now even a women can support their own life, we still ask a man to show his power to support our live too. If u ask a women to support ur life then we know, who wearing pants in ur family hahhahha

No I don't believe that a man should support a woman. I've been married to my husband and I've always worked. He's military and I've been a flight attendant since we met 12 yrs ago and I can't imagine not being a PARTNER in our marriage. I sometimes wish that he'd get out the military and Just relax a little and I'd work instead, He's been to IRAQ 6 times now and deserves to rest, I wouldn't mind supporting him :)

I've never been into money, but I work to live comfortably, Some women are money hungry, but most of them just want a man that's not lazy, playing PS2 all day and that can help with things.

My relationship, we're a team, we both work, sometimes he pays for dinner, sometimes I do...He pays for movies, I pay for movies...it's all about working together.
