the first question that you should ask yourself is "what kind of liking do you have for him? Do you have a crush on him or is it already love?". If you feel that you don't love him yet, you might just well let him be. but if you love him already, that's the harder part. you can either keep your feelings for yourself and ask yourself "what if" for the rest of your life. or take the risk do something to let him know. either way you must prepare yourself for the worst possible scenario. it'l be better if you dont get your hopes too high. but after all i have written here, i can only say that everything depends on what you're gonna do and he's feelings for you. those are the two main factors that might just complete the equation to answer your question.

Y is he out of ur league? and make him ur league! just try to talk to him casualy and see what happens. Dont come on to him at first just kinda start out friendly with an under tone of flirt

ok, if you mean he's popular or something, then just try your best. but remember to never change for anyone! please dont, i've learned my lesson. Just let things slide into place. it happens and right when you think everything is done for, you seem to find that little sliver of light to guide you along the way.

Dont assume that until you talk to him and get to know him. No one person is "better" than anyone else. Just because he might not like you doesn't mean he's better than you.
