No, you're a bit underweight. It would be good to have some more comfort food, like mashed potatoes, grilled cheese, roast beef, and all of those other lovely fattening foods.

It's not normal to eat 700 calories a day unless you are an infant. The recommended amount is 2000 calories a day for fully grown people, I believe.

At 700 calories a day you are not getting the nourishment your body needs to survive. Please realize that your body, organs, muscles, etc. need the proper amount of nutrients to keep itself alive. Even if you are not hungry, you should try to force yourself to eat small meals, 6 times a day. Start out slow and build yourself up to a safer daily caloric number. Deficieny diseases are more often then not a symptom or product of being undernourished.

it's disordered eating if ive ever heard of it.

honestly, youre body probably is starving if youre eating so little and continuously losing weight. the second you go into ketosis (or fat burning mode) the second you know youre body is in starvation mode.

I just saw your edit.
anorexia has absolutely nothing to do with being able to see your bones, and you probably are no longer hungry because of how often you've been eating so little.

do you watch your calories? how do you know that you eat so little if you dont particularily pay attention to what you eat and eat two healthy meals?

two healthy meals generally dont consist of only 350 calories a-piece

Obviously you know it's not normal, or you wouldn't ask the question. So yea, 5'5" and 98 pounds....have you made out a will yet? Tell your family good-bye while you're still here, since you are slowly killing yourself, you'll have the luxury of doing that.

I have the same problem, and im a male, I dunno, im 6'1 and 150.
I can only "force" about 1500 calories a day. I am very active, but i stay at 150, since like high school. Balieve me, i try and try to gain. I just cant. maybe youre like me.
As far as i can tell im healthy.
It also depends on youre age.
Youre not anarexic.
See a nutritionist.
youll be a chunky monky in no time lol (jk)

That is not healthy, most young women need 1200 to 1400 calories daily. They should be eaten in 3 or more meals daily and be balanced.

So what's your problem? You sound healthy to me. Americans not only eat too much but the so-called food they eat is not only lacking in nutrient, but toxic. If you're not eating the American way and you're getting all that exercise, good for you.

You should have at least 1200 - 1500 calories a day to remain healthy, otherwise your body will "eat itself".

i really doubt you are not starving yourself, you may be used to eating very little and the hunger doesn't affect you much, THIS IS NOT HEALTHY 98 lbs and 5'5", you are severely underweight, you should weigh roughly 120 lbs. Did you know you can die from this??

I would really suggest you eat more because I'm only 86 pounds and I'm 13. So really it depends on your age.
