Any tactics on how to relieve stress? School is really stressing me out!!!

You need some fun activities! You can make home schooling a rfeal pressure cooker if you don't take time to have fun and enjoy learning. Remember that there are many ways to learn... From a book, writing down anwers, watching others, hands on, acting out, listening, playing, trying new things. All of life should be a classroom. Make it fun and they will learn so much more than serious study provides by itself. Set some rewards for work accomplished... a field trip... a special treat.... and you will find them working hard to have fun...

School is stressful if you are not prepared to meet the requirements. Be always ready to do your homework and research first before anything else. During these days that you students are harrassed by a number of distractions, its no wonder why school is so stressful. Forget those unncecessary gimmicks with your friends. Its only allowable the day after exams...lol...Well, another thing is that if you find your studies boring, it becomes more stressful. Love your strudies...even if its unlovable. You'll reap all the benefits.

Find ways that you enjoy to relax. Take a day to just unwind and get done what needs to get done. High school does not need to be stressful. You might even talk to your guidance counselor. They may have tips for you to relieve stress.

It's ok to be kind to yourself. Take a hour to relax in a nice warm bubble bath and eat a bowl of grapes and strawberries, while you burn a sented candle. OR take time to plan a great weekend getaway on a bike trail in your area parks.

Change you thinking (cognition). Exercises, do yoga, meditate, and self talk. - Take deep breathes and think positive, believing you can do it. It is the self fulfilling prophesy.
