An outgoing person is definitely not shy. They always make their presence known. Their not afraid to speak what's on their minds and they have a tendency to talk alot.

An outgoing person is someone who loves to get out and do things, no matter what. They come up with spontaneous ideas and love to try new things. (Foods, entertainment, culture etc) Someone who's just absolutely full of life and ready to go.

A person that isn't afraid to tell it like it is, and outgoing ppl usually are very confident in theirselves, and they aren'y shy and can talk to anybody easily.

Someone who is friendly and talks to everyone. They are not nervous in a crowd. They are the ones who you notice laughing (too loud) at parties.
