Why didn't God call it quits with plants and animals why create conscious beings? Your question implies that Eve had no free will about eating the apple, that it was inevitable that she would rebel against God. I dont think this is correct- Eve (and then Adam) had a choice and they both chose wrong, that isn't God's fault it was their's. The unfortunate truth is that all people, you and me included, at some point or another make the same wrong choice as A & E (in one form or another). However let us not forget that these thinking creatures which God created can also do good- kindness, generosity, creativity, love etc. No ape or fish or bird is capable of these things either. Perhaps God wanted creatures who could freely choose to be virtuous. Your question is fairly profound and there is no easy answer, but in my opinion there is little to be gained by questioning God. I recommend a novel to you, The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky.

Yep, you dont get it.
Gen, chp 1, 2, 3,
If he did not create them, you would not be able to write your feelings down, breath,
All things, lead to rediption of sin.
Jesus.
He was the answer to why.
Matt. Mark, Luke, John.
read, then ask God. If your that bored with life,
at least go to the right sorce for your answer.
Man has no answer, we are just like Adam and Eve.
Except, some of us read the books and the letters writen to us from days of old.
God started it.
God is ending it.
Your just another creation.
Read Romans 9:23
Oh, if you do not understand it,
Ask God to let you read it,
he will only let you understand it, if your pure in heart.
You have to be Spirit, not reading with your head, but your heart.

He didn't know they would sin. He was totally shocked.

We don't really know why and it's really not our position to ask why and we probably wouldn't understand anyway.

Go ask your mother why she decided to have you. I don't think she can give you a rock solid answer.

Does it really matter if God and Satan had a $1 bet on the outcome of man. Would it mean more if God had an emotional reason. Would it mean less if it was "just to see if he could do it".

The last answer is why man is going to create and man is going to create in a test tube in the next 200 years.

Man will do it just to prove it can be done. Maybe that's why God did it.

Who knows.

He was not bored

Adam and Eve were his crowning creation... the world was made sayig LET THERE BE and declared good 7 times

but in the creation of Adam the language becomes very personally invested "let US make" "in OUR image" and although bazillions of fantastic stars and gazillions of animals and angels armies were in a good world after one couple was made out of dirt and hitched in the garden... it was VERY GOOD in the sight of God who outta know

one reasonably concludes from the scriptures that marriage must be VERY important to God, its a no brainer

perhaps because just as Eve was made from Adam's wounded side, is because in part it is a foreshadowing of the redeemed being 'made' from the Messiah's wounded side on the cross and marriage is a mere glipse of the relationship of the redeemed and Jesus as they will enjoy Him in some wonderful way we dont understand as they learn about Him more and more forever, the redeemed going from lowly dust to glory to become the Bride of Christ

perhaps without sin we would know little about mercy, about the depths of love? and perhaps because of the darkness of sin brighter floodlights shined on God's glory in redeeming some offering mercy and also in showing His justice?

He knew exactly what he was doing. The world was made for His glory and you aint seem nuthin yet!!!!

Just because we have yet to see the end and because we are so dull in our understanding of the ways of God, do not underestimate the power and wisdom of God to bring about a most astonishing end to this world. When we see clearly all will clamp their hand over their mouth and say nothing. No one will be able to accuse God of wrong doing in any way. Even to those who got a glimpse of Gods Holiness in times past all considered themselves less that worthless in the presence of a Holy God. WE are the ones made of dust.

God gave Adam and Eve freedom to make choices. Even though they chose to disobey, their choice became the means by which God’s ultimate will was carried out and by which His full glory will be seen.

have you ever planted a flower bed?

some flowers grow tall and beautiful

some don't do so well but are still pleasing to the eye

some die

do you not plant, just because some will die?

of course not, you plant, you rejoice over the beautiful, you fuss over the less than perfect, and you grieve over the lost.

but not plant? how will you have any beauty at all?

Doesn't it show that He is all powerful and knowing and if so that He should be praised? That being true, doesn't He need someone around inferior to Himself to do the praising? TaDa and there was man.
