I've been working at this place for the past six months. She's blond and is decent looking as well. She has been saying stuff like, you really know how to read my mind. Gee you know about stuff before I say it. She also like touching me. Every time we talk, before I or she leaves, she either touches me on the shoulder or hand. Lately she's been lightly poking me in the back. I really like her and the signs she's been throwing at me I think she likes me too! Any advice?

We women touch a lot, and it doesn't mean a sexual behavior, we touch almost everybody in a nice way, even complete strangers, maybe you are miss understanding her.
You dont want to have a relationship with your boss.

They're all right. Leave the boss alone... or use it as leverage to get ahead. I've never had a good looking boss, infact only 1 woman boss and she was a real dog. I think if I was single with a hot boss, I may not even take my own advice.

Not a smart idea.... It might be all good being the boss's bit** for a little while..... but what happens when you two have a disagreement, or she finds another new guy that she likes better. Then you'd not only be out a girlfriend, but probably out of a job, too.

DON'T DO IT! You're a man, so you probably won't take this advice anyway, but I'm warning you that doing your boss will only lead to a complicated work relationship. On second thought, try it and learn the hard way. Sheesh
