Nope, urban myth. It never contained it and doesn't contain it today. It has "special ingredients", "secret ingredients", or something like that which, combined with the deer picture on the bottle, lead to this myth, but it is unfounded and untrue.
From wikipedia
"Contrary to urban legends, Jägermeister contains deer blood [1] nor opium."

No! It's a combination of herbs, fruits, and spices. The Legend of Jagermeister contains lore about a deer, but not the blood of it.
You can read the legend at http://www.jager.com/core/legend.cfm

My grandfather's home brew sure did; but that's been off the market since '69 and he didn't pass on the recipe to me so now I'm stuck with Underberg.

If you can read the ingredients on the case and it's not listed there, then I'm PRETTY SURE beer doesn't contain deer blood.

I don't believe this to be true, although I may help to propel this rumor.
