Its all about calories. Don't eat less then 1200 per day though or you will starve your body. Figure out what you've been eating, and then cut 500 calories per day if you can.... and add at least 20 to 30 minutes of exercise per day at least 5 days a week, and you'll look superb!!! Good luck! Oh and also .... stay away from refined sugar!

You should first go to your Dr. He can help you with
your weight lose. You need to take vitamins, eat healthy.
Only your Dr. can help you with this. He needs to
monitor your progress. I lost 75 pounds. It took me
over a year to lose, I have had it off for 11yrs.
You also need to exercise. There is know fast easy way to lose weight and (stay healthy.) Good luck.

Well you'll have to eat healthy to lose weight, but eating apples and celery actually burns more calories to eat and digest them than there are calories in them.
