Okay. I have been under and extreme amount of stress lately and I am having problems....climaxing.

I have talked to the guy I am seeing about it and let him know that it is not him. He knows about what all has been going on so he is pretty understanding.

But has anyone had this problem before or have any tips on what we (or he) could do to help me out? More foreplay? Spontanous sex? anyone have any suggestions?

I think your bringing your problems to the bedroom and you shouldn't be doing that. First of all you need to just relax your body and your mind before you get with your boyfriend. If you don't know how to relax tell him to relax you with a massage or just rubbing your bare body all over. Close your eyes and think about him ONLY, think about how good he makes you feel and how he's there for you. Let your emotions take place between you two and focus on each other. Keep your eye's open and look into each others eyes and talk to one another while your doin it,(not nasty talk) but let your heart into the conversation and you'll find that afterwards you'll be less stressed and more in touch with your mate!!! Oh sweety, I know what you mean!!! The best advise I can give you is to find ways to relax...Put on some fast music, jump on the bed screaming the lyrics, it'll tire you out and make you feel better...

Do you have a tub?...Take a bath together, with nice oils, massage each other and not only will the warm water and the aroma of the oils will make you feel better, you can connect with your partner and it'll be sensual. That may help you!!!

You can have a DIRTY DANCE OFF with your man in your room, next thing you know, the clothes are off and the windows are foggy!!!

Go away camping or just anywhere for the weekend, order some pizza...have some fun!!! Just get your mind off of your problems.

I'm going to have to say closeness! I know that no matter how stressed out I am, if I feel really close to my boyfriend before and during our intimate moments, it's so much easier to relax and let go. If that doesn't work I'd go with oral sex... enough said! :)
