What was your GPA in your freshman year and in your senior year? Did it go up, down or stay the same? What was the GPA of the valedictorian of your class?
Mine is a 4.6 and ranking 6 out of the 600 in my class right now but its mainly because I have all honors classes and that gives you extra credit. I really hope I will be able to keep it up that high until I graduate maybe valedictorian or close to it.

Right now you'll get into ANY school you desire. Whether scholarships are your purpose of good grades or not, and whether you are geeky, physics, smart kind of student, (MIT, Stanford), most colleges are looking for tomorrow's leaders (Harvard, Yale), who are leaders from an early age. Do you do volunteer work at all? I would suggest it. Would you consider starting a SADD (Students Against Drunk Driving) chapter in your HS? Can you think of something you'd like to start? Usually following a passion of yours will give you the incentive to "work" your passion into a viable entity. Whatever institute of higher learning you consider, please stay away from the "radical-left" colleges, (Berkeley, Boston, Duke)

I haven't graduated yet but in my freshman year it was a solid 3.0. I had a tough year. Now I have 6 honors classes and one Ap class. Maybe if I get straight A's i'll get a 4.6. Srry I didn't answer the whole questoio.

my GPA didnt change i always worked my hardest it was a 4.0 and for those of you out there that dont know what that means it is a A+
or what you get if you never answer a question wrong.
