I have attended some national guard schools and I know from experience now that they are sure better then active duty schools, i feel their people are highly trained and very professional at all times. If I have more chances I would like to attend more National Guard schools, their NCO's rock and they really know their s***.

I was in the National Guard for over three years and out of that time I was on active over a 1 of that time. Weekend warrior is a myth that someone made up to make fun of the people in the Guard!

The National Guard does do a good job filling a void. I would like to see them with a little more responsibility. Assisting the border patrol professionals is one.

They are weekend warriors....

I hate when they come over to the desert and think they are running things....An AD E4 has more experience then most NCOs in the Guard....

But hey in all honestly I dont have anything against them cause they are over there just like us but when it comes down to it they are weekend warriors...
