In a few words: you can't. Birds squawk, scream, sing and babble...it's how they communicate and how they express themselves. No matter how well a parrot is trained, it is going to let out the odd screech every so often, especially when it is really excited or during the "dawn chorus" when birds would naturally be at their loudest in the wild.

The best thing you can do to curb excess screaming, however, is to use what's called "positive reinforcement." In other words, reward your birds for being quiet and ignore your birds when they are screaming. When they scream, don't go running into the room, don't yell at them to be quiet, don't give them food to "keep them quiet"...all of these will just teach your 'tiels that they can get whatever they want by screaming (just like a child learning to throw a temper tantrum to get what they want in a store). Instead, wait till your birds are quiet (even if only for a few seconds) and *then* talk to them, come into the room, give them a treat, etc. and they will eventually learn that they will get what they want without screaming. Hope this helped :)

Place the birds in there cage so that if they try to fly away they cannot hurt themselves and when they screech spray them with a little water. It takes awhile but it does work.

Screetching is a bird's way of calling their mother(if a baby) or their partner(if adult) over to them when they find themselves alone. There is no way to stop birds from doing this other than having them with you all the time. Most birds pair for life and desire constant attention from their partner(you if they are kept alone). They get really insecure when they are alone. This is why they are so noisy.

You can't, nor should you try. Birds are natural screamers, and they need to scream, talk, and whistle. That is their way of communicating and exercise.
Just like babies need to cry to exercise their lungs, birds are the same way.
