Just like you yawning, stretching, and scratching your (well, never mind) when you get up.

You have to have a dust free house for some reason?

You can vacuum the dogs if it bothers you that much.
However, they may not all like it.

Why Do Dogs Shake Themselves

Shaking is a normal thing for dogs. It shakes the excess dirt, water etc. off and it helps to get the blood to flowing after they have been laying down for a while. It is also a way to get the hair flowing back in the direction it is suppose to. Being a dog lover and having dust go hand in hand.

Domesticated dogs are interesting in that their behavior sometimes reflects
the behavior of their wild counterparts. These behaviors appear to be
ingrained and may have no purpose in our house pets. An example is the
circling behavior that some dogs display before they lay down. In the
wild, this action serves to flatten the grass before the dog rests. The
best this may do for our domesticated friends is to flatten the carpet.

My best guess for the reason for the shaking behavior would be to again
relate it to the wild canines. Shaking would probably be helpful in
eliminating fleas and other parasites that accumulate on the dog while it
is resting. The typical dog shake begins at the head and works its way down
the body ending at the tail.

A possible way to resolve this is brush them or bath them regularly... Or you could get one of those doggy brush vacume heads... That may work :) hope this helps

It is like when we stretch when we get up. Gets the blood circulating good.

The same reason we stretch when we wake up. You don't sound like a very savvy dog owner - they would probably be better off without you.
