I've finally lost all the weight I gained during pregnancy and then some and don't want to lose anymore. I know it might sound silly to some but I don't want to start looking sick, and like the weight I'm at. How do I maintain the weight without loosing anymore ? (I've been eatin/drinking well and owe all of my weight loss to breastfeeding)

Breast feeding takes a huge amount of calories, and many women get very thin breastfeeding, especailyy if they were a normal weight during pregnacy.

You need to increase you caloric intake-

There is a nice, tasty 'protien shake' out on the market that is very well balanced, it is called "muscle milk" don't let the name fool you into thinking you'll turn into a body builder "dude"... muscle milks formoulation is based on human breast milk's componants, so it will replace what you are putting out.

It tastes really good and it mixed without lumps too... try it, at least one serving a day in additon to your regular food, more if you need to

I would talk to your doctor because sometimes after big hormone changes (giving birth) things get wacky. If you notice increased energy (hyperness) I would see if you can get a blood test for thyroid hormone levels. Sometimes this could make you eat alot but still lose weight.
