Fish is the best food for weight loss and it is very healthy. I went to the extreme and lived on Tuna fish salad and soda for about 3 weeks and lost 65 lbs. I have kept the wieght off since then without even trying. In my case, according to my doctor, doing what I did helped to alter what ever was wrong with my body that was causing me to gain weight and not stop. It corrected what ever the problem was and I have not had any trouble since except that now I can not seem to gain weight no matter what I eat. Not saying this will work for everyone, only that it did for me. It seems to be mostly about knowing what your body responds to and in what way and then altering your own habits accordingly. I have no faith in wasting money on "diets that work" but don't. I think that listening to your body works much better. I know way too many people who have tried all the diets out there with no success and I know of my own success. What you do is up to you. Good luck.

There is nothing wrong with taking pills as long as they are vitamins or an addition to your dietary intake( a supplement). Losing weight isn't quick, sorry but it's the truth unless you want to regain it quickly in which you can starve yourself or be like the millions of other easily tricked people on this planet and go on an Atkins type plan or even better the Hollywood diet. They don't work or at the least they don't last. You must maintain a balence of consumption. Low fat, lower carbs and obviously more excercise. Heart rate elevation is key here, without it your body won't burn fat or calories and your metabolism won't kick in, this allows you to burn fat while not engadged in excercise. Light weights can be used targeting all of the muscles instead of specific areas. Try this for awhile, it will work but it may take some time.

Work out for an hour a day for atleast five days a week and eat very light. Drink water water water and water. No juice that has high fructose corn syrup, no sodas AT ALL! lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits, but don't go nuts with the fruit. I eat cereal, maybe two bowls a day, but that not really fattening cereal, buy cereal that has less than 15 "calories from fat" not calories but calories from fat. By the way, eat foods that contain less than 25 calories from fat but you want to lose this fast, so just stick with the fruits and veggies and water and exercise, and i promise you'll be fine. You won't see results after the first week or two but don't get discouraged, it's just your body getting use to the workout and new diet. I'm doing this now and it works very well for me. Goodluck girl and keep the faith!

Burn more calories than you can consume. Yeah, it's that simple. Of course there's matters of metabolism too, but stick to that. I never exercise at all, but I do walk around the school a lot. If I have five minutes, lap around the school and so on. Just have simple things like that which fit into your life. No regular soda, switch to bottled water. Buy or make healthy lunches, eat healthier breakfasts, find a healthy cereal, high in fiber like mini-wheats. As for dinner, eat enough but not too much, eat more of the healthy things. But only eat when you're hungry. Just keep in mind rules like these while you live your normal life, and weight will start to drop.

Drink LOADS of water, don't miss meals, eat healthy -every two hours, more frequent small meals/snacks- Skip the junk and don't over do it on the carbs. Walking helps burn fat at all the right places -if your a woman especially in the butt and thighs- If you want a long term weight loss it will take some time to lose it all. If you loose weight too quickly, you'll gain it back just as fast and then some !

Doing this the right way means there is no "quick way". All fast ways out there using pills or not are simply band aids, or quick fixes that will not last. If you want it to last it will take time because you are doing it the right way. It is a lifestyle change, eating right and working out on a consistant basis. Consistency is the most important part of the process. To start the process make sure you have plenty of fiber in your diet, just drink water, and don't eat after 8pm. The rest is working out and eating right. you have to make it fun or you will not stick to it.

Portion reduction (eat less) and exercise. Eat lots of veggies, fruits and good proteins (low fat) and drink water with and between meals. Usually losing fast means gaining back fast if you go back to your old habits. You have to change the way you eat forever, not just to "diet" away the pounds.
