they are blue if the camera is used outside or inside. i have changed batteries, could it be my memory card?

No, I think it's the camera, because mine does that too and I have the same camera. I just think that it's bad quality and you could probably get one for cheaper at Wal-Mart with better quality.

there is a mode on ur camera and its set to the blue effect read the intructrion manual that game with the camera

Probably because kodak makes "average" cameras, at best. When in doubt, read the manual for color adjustments.
