Most of the time when we do staff tasting we swish and spit. It's not very glamorous.

I was hoping for some hints from my list of could be.

Loosen Riesling ALL the way. I'm a Sommelier at Bellagio and if you like Shiraz, a nice transition into whites will be that Riesling from Dr. Loosen. We sell that stuff like hotcakes. One of the best wines from Germany/Mosel area!

i like to taste wine and pick the best taste. do you like wine? i take it you do it for a living. most of the time i find that the best wine is usually the cheaper wine. this caught my attention because i have always wanted to do that. this may sound stupid but i often wounder how many you can test without being drunk or do you get drunk while testing. do you have someone to take you home after doing this. im sorry i know this is your question but i am so intrested. i will read all responses to your question. bye

What would u like from us?
Wine ideas?
I would pick a region for example like lower Michigan
and pick from there, I think doing something like this
would make a great theme wine tasting, serve that regins
fruit or veggies
Like I personally would use St. Julian's they took
the regin in a silver, bronze and gold in diffrent years
Lower Michigan is know for there peaches
Pick peach wines to go along with the fruits from that
regin, that will one up the wine tasting....Committe at work!
