One whom is recognized as a leader by others in their community. One who sees their calling as a chance to serve the community and their deities. Lifetime dedication to his/her deities. Ordained. One who lives their path to the best of their ability. Extensive knowledge about their tradition and some basic knowledge about other pagan traditions yet is "always green". Patience and compassion. The ability to connect with others on their level. The ability to inspire and lead others to their full potential. The ability to deal with criticism gracefully, because it will happen. The ability to say "I don't know" and "I may be wrong" when necessary. A sense of responsibility for ones actions. The ability to work with other charities and organizations in the community for the betterment of all. Some formal counseling classes would be helpful. Far from perfect, but doing their best to help others. I know it seems like a lot, but I simply described several people in my local pagan community that I admire.

Patience. The ability to listen and hear what another is expressing.
Kindness, not only to other Pagans, but to all.
One who strives to know, dare, will, and keep silent. And understands their deepest meaning.
One who continues to seek knowledge and lives in a manner that he is able to acquire wisdom.
One who walks their talk.
These are some of the traits of a good Priest.

there are two powers at work on this planet.the one in the bible is discribed as the prince of the power of the air. its in control of.this physical world. the other is the spirit of god. the power of the air is difficult to describe, it is the essence. of the life force,or orgone energy. ancients called it manna, some. Parana. that force must be recognized and this priest must be able to call it forth.this is prerequisite to the foundation of a priests power and influence . good luck with your studys the force of both powers are found WITHIN.

A good Pagan priests jokes aside needs to be open minded. NOT NARROW MINDED and understanding . Caring, and non judgemental.
