Giving life is done everyday. It is called procreation. God said to go out into the world and multiply. A command not a miracle. If it happens then it is God ordained. No one comes into this world without permission.
On the other side, taking life. This too is done every day. There is of course murder, suiside, accidental death, and abortion (yes I called it life). I know where you are going with this question. I won't go there. That is an individual decision and just as salvation is a personal relationship between one person and the Lord, so is the abortion a personal decision between one person and the Lord. I don't think that it is anybody elses business.
Let me ask you, if you were driving down the street and were distracted by say, your neighbors in thier front yard throwing furniture at each other, and because you were distracted, you hit your own child with the car and killed them, wouldn't that be your fault because you were not doing the right thing and paying attention? I know that it was unintentional, I know that you would greive, but you see that it was more important for you to watch someone else's problems than to do the right thing. If it is looked at in that way, you committed murder. Intention is important.
Also, I think you need to get away from the judging of others. It will do no good, to condemn, berate and show hatred for others. It will not draw them any closer to God, it will repell them in many cases. If you want to bring others to your understanding, show yourself to be that Christ like person. Let Him show, not you.

If the person claims that his miracles come from God when in fact they come from Satan then that is evil. Such a person would be very similar to an anti-Christ. But if those miracles come from God then they are good. But people should not be marveled by signs and wonders because Satan mocks the sacraments and miracles of God. So a person could easily be fooled into following someone down the wrong path. Miracles are not copied but are divine and original on the spot.

Taking and giving life ... hmm it's all over the Bible ... we were made in God's image. We were asked to leave the garden of Eden because Eve ate from the tree of knowlege foregoing eternal life and accepting death. Jesus then came and took everyones (dead, alive, and future ppl) sins making a brige back to heaven so we can have eternal life.
Life & Death are MAJOR themes of the Bible.

Yes. At Acts 19:14-16, there were 7 sons of a chief priest named Sceva who tried to cast out wicked spirits without the aproval of the apastles. When they tried to cast out the spirit of a man, the possessed man beat them naked.

actually, the Bible encourages it! Jesus told his disciples that through prayer and fasting they could do the same thing they saw him do.. and they did! he said we all have the ability to do it. givng glory to God for what is done... because it isn't of man, but of God.
I will find the scriptures if you want them.
