Ok, the first question you want to ask is "why would you want someone like that?"
You pointed out nothing meritting about this guy.
You would want to lower yourself to date someone and get involved with someone who is a dumb player is completely superficial and inconsiderate.
Also, why would you want him if he goes through women like that, you are only setting yourself for pain.
If you do "catch" him, one he doesnt sound worth it, and two you wont change him, he will keep doing the same thing.
My opinion would be to move on. I dont see anything positive about this.

but if you are serious, maybe you could dress really slutty, flirt with him, act easy, and maybe ask him too meet you behind the school and you know..

Don't expose urself at once. Expose everyday very little part of ur body. So that he becomes crazy to get glimpses of ur parts. He will then start thinking abt u and will definitely go for u.
