Sure you can.
That's all wine is, anwyay...just make sure that there's no Sodium Benzoate in the juice or it will kill the yeast and you'll just nasty tasting juice...you can't get rid of that stuff if it's in there.

You'll get more alcohol if you add sugar...about a pound per gallon will do the trick nicely. Dissolve the subar in boiling water and add it to your juice...just make sure the whole mix is at room temperature before adding the yeast.

I have had some really nasty wine making accident so be careful! I was in bed one night and heard this loud BAM it sounded like a bomb going off, I went in the closet and there were shards of glass sticking out of the wall and wine was everywhere. It stunk up the house to high heaven! Read a book on wine making first!
