I ate hardly anything for a month and found out my body was tearing away the lining in my stomache and throat to make up for missing nutrients. Don't drink orange juice, it burns! I was thin as thin could be. I am not anorexic, never was, just got so stressed out I did not pay attention!
Be careful, please! I lost 25 pounds.

That's the worst way to lose weight.
Your body isn't designed for starvation. If you eat good food and excersise there is no need to starve yourself.
Your body needs to keep up a metabolism and maintain blood sugar or it can't function properly, so eating very little will really just wreck your metabolism not to mention the bodys need for vitamins and minerals, sugars, salts, fats, proteins etc etc.
If you ate very little for a month your body wouldn't only eat away at the fat it would take away from the muslce cells aswell to repair more important parts of the body (vital organs) therefore you would not only weaken yourself, but put your whole body at risk too.

Define "almost nothing". I did a detox fast for 8 days and lost 13 lbs. I drank a husk /pineapple juice shake and protien pills 3 times a day. I know people who have lost more but also eaten less. It'll all depend on the person.

Yes, people on survivor which is supposed to be a 39 day event lose anywhere from 20-45 pounds I have heard....
Keep in mind that they eat fish sometime during the first week on, they are also given rice and water...............There may be fruit on an island if they are lucky......

one month i didn't eat anything but one small bean burrito for dinner. I lost 50 lbs....but i was also walking about 4-6 miles everyday. I didn't have a car then. Not a good way to loose weight, i always felt incredibly sick and very tired.

You will have limited results from doing that. Your body may have a drastic drop at first, but then it will get used to the lack of energy it is supplied and plateau out.

your body will store all the fat it can get, your metabolism, will stop too, your brain will think that you won't give it food, so it will store the fat, you have to eat small portions all day.
