Don't know where the question is but I do know it is a Hawaiian version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow. I can't remember the artist though.

are you thinking of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" the beautiful version that is also in the last scene of "50 First Dates" and numerous other sentimental moments?
