Jesus said heaven and earth would pass away but His word would remain so either He was a false prophet or His Word remains unaltered as some claim. Either way one of the claims against His Word is wrong.

'Injeel' was The Pure Word of GOD sent to Prophet Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him), but then over many centuries it was kept on being corrupted by men until it has gone so afar that its quite Hard to establish which is The Pure Word of GOD and which is the fabrication (corruption) of men, and now its known by the name of Gospels or Bible.
P.S. ... ppl don't even themselves know that whether Church is going to issue another RSV of Bible next year, by throwing away so-called 'fabrications' in Bible and adding some new stuff in Bible, or will it stick it to current version of Bible the coming yr as well. There are so many different versions of Bible, and NoT 2 are identical. every Bible in some way or another is different from the other. So, there is NO telling which is The True Bible, and sadly the corruption roots so far behind, that there is NO possible way of knowing The True Word of GOD i.e. 'Injeel'. So, The Pure Word of GOD (Injeel) is Lost due to men's corruption.
But, still there is One Last Book of GOD which is forever to be Pure from men's corruption, and GOD has taken The Responsibility of Protecting It, and That Book of GOD is The Holy Quran. plz Do Read It (in ur own language) with understanding and an open-mind, and u will come to know of The Truth. Do Research abt it urself, and don't be ignorant 'coz thats the worst crime u can commit against urself. u owe urself to Seek The Truth, so do ur own research and Not listen to anyone's hearsay (Not even mine). May ALLAH (GOD) guide u towards Righteousness and clear The Path to Seek The Truth. Peace to All.

The Injeel (Evangel) is the message given to the Prophet Jesus. Over time, it was innovated upon, changed, replaced with stories and translated until it didn't resemble its source at all. It has over time been replaced with the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

The Message of God which was handed down to Jesus (pbuh). In other words, the Gospel, but not what you have 4 of today - something perfect and complete. There is no record of it in history that I am aware of, though it is well known that Jesus was able to write.
