There's a ton of Mexican immigrants in the South, and a few Muslims, too.
I don't speak a word of Spanish, and it sucks, because I wind up with a patient nearly every week who can't speak a word of English!

why dont you come to north carolina
they are everywhere, especially charlotte
and muslims, there are some, but nowhere near numbers of mexicans

Wrong!!! Mexicans are in Georgia and Alabama, Florida, and other southern states, most Muslims are in the midwest I think.
