I really really like him, and I want to ask him out. How do I make him like me more, and after that, how do I ask him out? I have not experienced this that much, so please help! Thanx!

Find out what he likes and work on that. After you two become friends, don't be shy. Just come out and ask him. There's no faster or convenient way of going about it. Or, ask him to see a movie with you and your friends or something like that.

Go up to him and make small talk...compliment him on something he's wearing or doing and the conversation will flow from there. If you think there's chemistry after a while ask to meet him for a cup of coffee or something and run with it. Remember, a lot of guys are just as nervous about asking a woman out and chances are that he'll be flattered if you approach him.

Anywho, Confidence is the number one thing. You have to be confident in yourself to get any guy to notice you. Start up a conversation with him. Invite him out with a group of friends and just get to know him around other people. The rest should fall into place.
Another good way to ask him out with using the "d" word (date) ask him if he would like to meet up with you somewhere like at a bar or a restarunt.

Ask to go have a coffee with you.
Break the ice and have a nice chat, to find common things to talk about.
Most people like to talk about themselves at great length (except those of us who are introverts), so ask about him, his interests, hobbies, family, sports, and such.
Unfortunately, nobody can make anybody 'like' them. That's the chemistry part - it either works, or doesn't. You can be genuine about yourself, be a talker and a good listener.
The best approach is to try to reach out to be a friend. If things click, then the relationship can go further.

If you like the person talk to him, if his responses are good then ask him would he like to go out. Just try to get a feel though cause some men might be turned off by you asking.

Have you tried flirting with him? Start having a conversation with him and look like you're really interested at whatever he's saying. Maybe laugh at his jokes even though they're not that funny.
If you really like him, just straight-forwardly ask him out to the movies or something.

Hmm..first have a friend talk to him and see if he likes you.Then take it slowly and get to know eachother and then just go for it.It may be hard to ask him out but the best way to do it is in person.

Just go right up to him , drop something in front of him and wait for him to pick it up. Just don't drop it on his foot. When he does pick it up say " your soooo sweet". Oh I what a nice guy you are. I would so like to have your phone number. Then give him the eye and flash your eyebrows and wink at him and smile.

say, hey u wanna go out to a movie or something this weekend. he says, sure. (if he says no, and doesn't offer to do somthing another time bak off b/c he doesn't like u. in the case, hang out w/ him more and try again in a few weeks- but this time make it a group thing)

Its actully kind of hard but easy.All you have to do is to know him more.If i was you i whould get to know him ay least about 1 or 2 months.Then he should get use to you.Then just go for it.U really should try to go smoth with him/her and then it may happen that he will say yes. if not get to know him more and then ask him.If that doesnt work the just ask if he can go to your house to your bed and just go for it lol
