I have been working with a new co-worker for about 3 weeks now. Very cute with an outgoing personality...the only drawback is she has a boyfriend for two years now...a live in one. But lately, she's been talking to me a lot at work. Lots of laughing, lots of touching from her side (i.e. grabbing my arm), and we talk for hours after work sometimes.... To be honest, I've been laying low the past week or so just to see how things pan out but when we see other towards the end of work....we have a good time talking, laughing, making fun of each other, etc. She definitely talks to me differently than other co-workers.

What do think I should do about this? Trust me, I'm very tempted to ask her out even though she has a boyfriend...

Sometimes some of us females are very sociable and warm towards certain men but that doesn't mean we want this man to go out with us or were trying to be romantic with him. She probably feels very comfortable around you, and enjoys your company more than anyone else around. I don't think you should come between her and her boyfriend as much as you like her. If she's not complaining about this guy to you and telling you that they are having problems then I would leave it alone and continue to be her friend.

Be careful. She may just be being friendly. Also mixing work and dating can sometimes be a bad thing. Maybe you could start up a conversation about her boy friend. Find out if she is happy. Maybe you could say "well if you weren't dating anyone I would ask you out." Good luck.

well ask her or try to find out if she is really into her boyfriend...because since they've been dating 2 years she must feel good to talk to someone different! whom she has a lot in common with... so since you guys can talk about everything ask her about her relationship... and considering the situation ask her out!!!

Do nothing.
A girl who would cheat on her live-in boyfriend with you is called a lying cheater. And the guy she does it with is pretty low, too.
If she moves out, date her. If not, watch yourself.
I think you should stop playing with her.

Dude, let it go. Live in boyfriends have a tendency to get nasty if someone asks out their girl.

ask her about her bf, if she starts to shut down or try to change the subject then she probably likes u. if she doesn't, then she just like u the most out of everyone she works w/.
if she does like u, u can b like "i would ask u out, but i no u have a bf."
she'll dump him and come running to u

If this is a "real" job, don't do it. You risk two broken hearts and a career. "Never dip your pen in company ink."

If not, I'd say tell her what you see/think but do so in passing and see what she says.
