I believe you would have to petition the court.

I was prepared to answer negatively before I read your details. You are to be commended for your recovery. It's a very hard thing to do. Hooray for you!!!!! As for getting your license back, have you considered a defensive driving course? I don't know about Florida, but we have them here in Georgia. In fact, the one I went to is headed up by a guy who still doesn't have his license back. Maybe he knows some details. I wish I could help you. Maybe Vern can.

You got caught 4 times. How many times did you drive drunk and never got caught. Stay off the roads. All it takes is one time kill someone while driving drunk. You have been damn lucky. Walk and forget about driving. 4 DUI's, you are a alcoholic.

I hope that wherever you live, Florida or any other state, that you will never have access to driving a car. That's for the protection of everyone.

Checking yourself in rehab and cleaning yourself up. Proving that you gave up alcohol.

And staying out of central florida. cops here will get ya for nothing... Especially if ya got priors.

You might have better luck in another state. Try getting in rehab and hitting a big city for a while. Philly's a good city, Cali's got a lot of city with good transportation. Maybe Boston too.

What's the status of your license? Is it a permanent revocation? The answer would be no. Check with the DSHMV for more info.

According to this chart...4th offence is permanent revocation. But good for you on your 10 year sobriety.

You abused the privilege of driving 4 times.
I don't think so.
