its a taboo in with both words, balls as in a mans, and chocolate for somthing you are forbidin to have, so putting these two together relate a reaction the mind of the two together. this reation is of a sexual or temptation in nature, so not facing the reaction the mind uses a defence and gose to the funny side, like if you are nervouse and can only make jokes.
