I caught my 8 year old nephew humping the family dog & when I confronted him about it he called me a cracker *** hoe & hit me in the face. He's half black & he now lives with my family after his parents went to jail & he makes quite a few racial slurs about us too. Should I kick him out? Send him to the orphanage? I don't know what to do...He's even stolen cigarrettes from me before. He's a very bad child. Should I beat him with a bat? Or maybe make him live in the garage to show him that i'm the boss?

There are mental health hospitals for children with problems. He needs to be committed soon - before he kills you.

why don't you try using a paddle. seriously I use a paddle when my kids get out of line. it helps I love my children but they are going to mind me and respect me. and if the social services don't like people that spank their kids frig um.
