Epsom's salts are inexpensive and work rather well. You can also put it in your bath for sore muscles.

The best and fastest in my opinion would be dried apricots and prunes. Eat a bunch of those and you’ll feel ready to go within a couple of hours. Good luck.

For me that would be prunes. I can eat a couple of prunes and less than an hour later i'll be having to run to the bathroom. I love the taste of prunes, but don't eat them very often for this reason.
