You are probably acting too self conscious or nervous around a girl that you like. If you act too needy, too desperate, or (ironically) too excited to meet someone, then it sends out a desperate vibe. If you think of yourself as average, or not good enough, then she will sense that and assume that you think that she can do better than you (and she will take your word for it).
Tell yourself that YOU are the prize, not the other way around. Women like confidence, since it implies that you have your emotional act together (just don't be arrogant- no one likes a snob). You really are the prize -- if she doesn't like you, then she is the one who missed out on meeting a nice guy who will treat her well, is smart, and has a great job (not many of us out there). If she is crazy enough to pass on meeting you, then she did you a favor. Relax, and act comfortable around women. The ones that are not meant for you will weed themselves out on their own.
And try to develop a sense of humor.

Its the same old story, if people could see you as a whole they would be intrested, but they dont, sorry, so you need to put up an advert so to speake, find the things you thing are best about you, not just looks or smarts, but what you enjoy, humor, style and food are good to go with, then match up other people.

It may be a cliché but personality is far more important that appearance!!!
Be confident in yourself because confidence is incredibly attractive.
Look around you and see how many plain and even ugly people are very happily married with children. Maybe you should widen your search horizons because you are obviously looking in all the wrong places!!

Go for oneswith poor eye sight, And yes average guys do get the girls. You have just gotta have the chat and the balls to walk up and talk to girls thats all!!!

as long as your average on loOKs or ok most girls will Liston/pay attention to you but you are probably still single because you don't talk to girls in though...
