You and me both! I started taking fruit like, cantelope pieces and an apple or bananna. Once in a while a couple of hot pockets or some microwave chicken noodle soup that heats in it's own can. I take last night's left overs from home in a microwaveable bowl with a lid. I also keep snack crackers, etc. at my desk for a mid morning and afternoon nibble or two. If I never see a ham and cheese sandwich in a baggie again I will be a happy man. I think you have to be a little creative and fix your lunch for the next day on the night before when you have a little more time to mess with preparation. If I wait until morning, I never seem to have time enough to do much more that ask my wife to make me a sandwich while she is making her's. Tomorrow, I'm having rice a roni with an apple on the side! Good luck in your quest. I for sure know how you feel!

Try a frozen microwaveable entree. Or you could take food that you have left over from dinner. Just put in a microwable container and warm it up at work.

How about a thermos of soup? Take a thermos of soup (the thermos will keep it nice and warm), a baggy of crackers, a tupperware container of sliced up oranges, and a bottle of water. Sounds delicious (and may I add quite healthy) to me!
