I have a 6 month baby and I breastfeed him and lately I have not had a good sleep could that be why I feel so tired? I really want to go to the gym to loose the baby fat but I don't really know from where to start? thanks for your opinions

you should eat right too, going to the gym is one think, eating right (fruit, vegtables, lean meat) is another, and its very normal for you to feel tired, in some time you will get use to it, when you start exercising hard after you have a baby remember to leave gops after meals, 2 hours before if more than 2 eat an apple so your stomach doesn't feel empty, if you chosse to exercise in the evening remember to finish it at least 2 hours before you go to sleep so your muscles are not tighted! and most importand have fun doing something and concentrate at it and you will acheve your goal!

Yes, that is normal. Especially if you have over worked your body. If your body is not used to exercising everyday, that will make you very tired on the first time. Try taking walks everyday for about an hour or even thirty minutes. Put the baby in a stroller and walk with the baby. It may even be fun and relaxing.

exercises makes you tired....that's why you're tired, you body isn't used to this extra workout, give you body a week before you get used this. I'm pretty sure you will be getting alot more sleep now too, which is a great thing for a new mother....congrats on the kid!
