does anyone regret having a child with the other individual and sometimes wish it would have been some else/someone better

well you cant regret having your child with whoever you had them with because then they wouldnt be the same child...
my babys father is not in our lives.. didnt want anything to do with us.. and not for 1 second do i regret having my son... he is my world.. if i had him with anyone else he wouldnt be the same kid!

Hmm...I can't imagine too much regret because after all we are talking about a beautiful child. Sometimes I wonder the same thing, sort of.I have come to realize that my husband and I are so different from each other. I use to think it was great (opposites attract) but now I see things differently. We have a beautiful son that I love and adore...I could never regret him.However, sometimes I wish I had just had a one night stand with my husband (instead of marrying him) and had my son. I know it sounds horrible but it is the truth.

My girlfriend doesn't regret her son but regrets the choice she made with his father. Without the father there wouldn't be the son so it's really a strange dilema. The father smoked around the kid when he was first born. So now for the rest of this kids life he'll have to deal with asthma. He left a long time ago but his effects will always be felt. Regrets? She wouldn't say so. The whole experience made her stronger.

I often regretted marrying him and eventually divorced him but we had 3 marvelous children together. I raised them without him because he was so violent that I knew my children would be better off without his influence altogether. Yes, I regretted having known him, having married him but the children...no never. They were the sun, moon and all the stars of my life. No regrets there ever.

Yes! and no. His "sperm donor" is a jerk off. I'm with the man i was meant to be with now and i wish biologically my son was his, but at the same time, I believe I had my son with that person for a reason. I'm not sure what that reason is yet! but that's how i feel. And I definelty love my son just as much if not more.
