You need to vary your exercise routine...add some extra cardio. that should even you out a little.

Doing all those excercises are good things. Weight training is also a positive, but be careful you don't strain things. It can happen very quickly. Matt Fury has a very good course on strength training using body weight. Do a search.

My one question for you is: How much Carbohydrates do you eat? i.e. noodles and potatoes etc.. the starchy stuff. If you eat alot, then GET IT OUT OF YOUR DIET or you'll never lose any weight - or it could be a struggle at best, like you are having now.

Good protein - no Soy, Hemp is excellent, so is grass fed beef and wild game - deer, moose, etc.. the grass eaters. Eat LOTS of veggies and fruit.

And like I suggested earlier - no or very little starches.
See website link... No I don't make any money from the website.. I have the course and it is EXCELLENT!!!! I had a similar challenge - Run for 6 Km a day and never lose the fat - but I LOVE pasta!!! Don't eat as much anymore and it is MELTING!!!!! quickly.

You need to do exercises that target those "fatty sections".

Running is definitely a good idea. Don't stop doing that. When I was in basic training, we alternated cardio and muscle days. By the end, I hardly had any fat on me at all.

Your diet is a big part of it too. You need to be burning more calories than you are consuming.

Change your diet.

Eat:

White meat, fish.

Beans and pulses (lentils)

Colourful fruit and vegetables (high in antioxidants).

Get your fats, but unsaturated fat (mono-unsaturated, poly-unsaturated) e.g. olive oil, nuts.

Eat good carbs, try and keep away from High GI carbs (white bread, white rice) that's not to say don't eat them, but try to keep the carbs at a low at times when you are sedentary and your metabolism is slowing ( late afternoon/evening).

High GI carbs are best to eat in the morning to kick start your metabolism and get your blood sugar up and ready so your body can function.

Eat Low GI carbs (oatmeal, pumpernikel bread, burgen, pasta, brown rice, basmati rice) low GI carbs release energy slower rather than giving you a energy(blood suagr) boost soon after eating (high GI).

Try to keep eating throughout the day to keep your blood sugar levels even this means eating 6 smalls meals a day or eating larger meals and snacking here and there on good food.

Drink plenty of water.

Drinking green tea is good too.

Stay away from soft drinks and sodas, but that's not to say you can't treat yourself every so often with something sweet.

If you are taking whey protein supplements or any other supplement that contains high levels of protein remember that excess protein turns to fat if it is not needed. Protein is used to repair the body and therefore the body will only use what is needed so don't overdo it on supplements.

This is all the knowlede that I know, and have heard!
Fat will not turn into muscle, I Know that you know that. A fitness program is the only way to get rid of fat, or leave the calories alone. Like I said, what do I know?

It's your diet. You are probably trying to cut out carbs which is incorrect. Keep fat on the low (under 30grams/day) and you'll start seeing a major improvement. Also drink a bunch of water to constantly flush your system.

Been there, done that! It's all about diet! Exercise is good, too, but cutting fat means reducing unhealthy carbs such as sugars, pasta, bread and unhealthy fats like milk-fats and oils. Make sure to get some good carbs like whole grains, fruit, veggies; healthy fats such as extra virgin olive oil, avocados, almonds, fish; and plenty of protein.

Try taking a walk. That helps burn alot of calories. I walk everyday for about an hour. It helps me. I have lost 25 pounds that way. And I'm still losing.

You've made a good start but it is going to take longer than just 2 months

while working out and when youare not working out always watch your bread and carbs intake. People will differ in theory but breads are what give you energy and what make you "fat". Cardio vascular exercise and steam saunas will help shed that pesky poodge.
