I've been searching through internet,
and I wonder is "chest curls" means lifting super-heavy dumbbells??
Or is it a special movement?
Can someone pull up a diagram for visual aids??

In addition, I would really appreciate if anyone knows how to get bulky muscle on deltoid.
*I do not play basketball...

Ok well your in luck since im a borderline bodybuilder. First off I've never heard of chest curls, but they sound like dumbbell flys, look them up they are great for your pecs. As far as deltoids go, you want to do lateral raises, shrugs, upright rows, military press, and reverse flys. And make sure you consume a TON of protein. Go to GNC and buy a container of protein and have 2-4 shakes a day along with other good low fat/high protein foods (chicken is the best one). And DONT work each muscle group out more then 2 times a week otherwise you will OVERTRAIN which means you will gain nothing and all of your hardwork will have no reward. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

"Chest Curls" are another name for butterfly curls, and like every muscle, to build mass you need to lift heavy weights with low reps, blast out the Delts 3-4 times a week. Make sure you give at least 2 days of rest for the muscles or they will not grow to full potential. Have Fun!
