First, get your skillet heating. Then, spray Pam in it. Then, butter one side of your bread. Lay that piece of bread in pan, butter side down. Lay on your cheese (cheddar is best!) Then butter one side of other piece of bread, lay it on butter side up. After about 1 1/2 minutes, flip it with spatula, let other side brown. Flip and flip until as brown as you want it!!! MMMMM...toasty!

Butter the sides of 2 slices of your favorite bread. Place your favorite chees on one slice and cover with the other. Wrap in a piece of foil making sure that you have completely encased your sandwich. Press down evenly. Bake in the oven or toaster oven until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden. Or place the packet in a warm pan and cook on both sides. I use this technique often because there is no pan to clean and I can make many grilled cheese at once. Also, if you do this in the oven, you can put the grilled cheese in the oven and forget about it for 20 - 25 minutes at 350.

Two slices white bread. Put American cheese slices to cover one half, top with the other half. Spray with garlic spray and put that side down in a moderate skillet. Hose the other side down with garlic spray, flip after the first side is brown. Easy as pie! But better!

Butter 2 slices of bread (on one side of each) place butter side down in warm pan, place cheese in middle. Flip sandwich with spatula to cook evenly, do not cook to high or it will burn the bread and your cheese won't melt. It is pretty easy, enjoy!
