I have found Criss Angel to be very intruiging. He explains many of his tricks, but the ones where he does fascinating things...it makes me wonder if he is using supernatural forces. What do you guys think?

Well, it's all sleight of hand. And that's basically the only realm the devil has to work in. He works in the realm of illusion and/or sleight of hand.

Example, when the Serpent tricked the woman into eating of the tree God told her and Adam not to eat of, what did he do? He put out a subtle suggestion (Genesis 3): Has God not said?" "Oh, you won't die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it..." He set up the illusion in the woman's mind by suggestion so that the woman looked at the fruit and "saw" (took the bait) "something" in a piece of fruit on a plain old, ordinary tree and perceived that there was something in that fruit that could make her wise. So, in that sense, the illusion worked - like any illusion for the time being.

There will come a day, however, when all the deception will be cleared away and all will see what's real and what's been sleight of hand this whole time.

But for those who really want to know, the Truth, the Life, and the Way has not changed. His name is Jesus, and all that is His will be transmitted to those who truly desire to know the difference between that which is real and that which is sleight of hand. The Bible is still the number one way to discern between the real, the true, and the illusion.

Jesus said, "If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free." John 8:32

IDK about Criss Angel. I haven't watched the show at all.

Most illusionists are just that: illusionists. Their "magic" is just sleight of hand, or wires, or buxomy "assistants", etc. It is all done for show.

I don't know of anybody that actually calls on demonic forces for the purposes of "magic" entertainment. They could exist, I suppose, but I haven't seen any. The only cases I have ever heard of, were instances where a local "witch doctor" or "shaman" or "mage" wanted to actually tamper with the forces of nature, or perform some "miracle" to bolster their followers' faith (and thus strengthen their hold on the populace). In these cases, the demons are (supposedly) summoned directly, with no illusory tricks.

I dont know who Criss Angel is but a believe that yes, some magic calls up demonic forces when used to do just that, raise them to do your bidding

that includes those Ouija boards, you never know weather the spirit you are talking to is evil or innocent, and they can be deceptive.

I've seen Chris Angel, good illusionist, but no more. Most illusionist, including Chris Angel, use what's called shills, people in the audience that works with him. Wednesday nite, turn him on, he's entertaining, but not Satanic.
